To begin Hamstring and Hip Release using the FlexiBelt, place a loop on the middle of each foot. Lie on your back with both hands focused on the right side of the FlexiBelt.
Gently pull on the belt to engage the foot and straighten the knee. Inhale and then slowly raise straight right leg towards the upright position as you slowly exhale, hold and elongate gently for 2-3 breaths.
From this extended position, inhale and then gently bring the right leg across the body as you exhale. Take 2-3 breaths to allow leg to slowly deepen the stretch across the body stretching the calf, hamstrings, and outer hip, thigh, and iliotibial band (ITB).
Inhale and slowly return leg to upright position. Exhale and slowly lower leg towards the outside to gently stretch the hamstrings, calf, and inner thigh. Again, deepen the stretch during relaxation with 2-3 breaths.
Return right leg to starting position. Repeat with the left leg.
Repeat series for 3 repetitions alternating each leg.
